10% of monthly rent, collected monthly. A one-off onboarding fee of £895 per property when you join. That is all you will ever pay. No small print. No event-based charges. No surprises on your monthly statement.

Moshope Aina is a MARLA qualified property and asset management professional with over 10 years of industry experience across residential and commercial portfolios, working with developers, housing associations, and private investors to deliver compliant, high-performing assets.

As a property investor himself, Moshope has been on both sides of the relationship. He has experienced firsthand what it means to pay for management and still spend evenings chasing contractors, querying invoices, and making decisions that should never have reached him. That experience, combined with over a decade working within property management, gave him a clear view of what the industry was getting wrong and exactly what needed to be built to fix it.

If we are the right fit, your property can be live and fully managed within 72 hours of signing. If we are not, we will tell you honestly.
