We review the current tenancy, rent records, deposit information and outstanding repairs. Then we agree who is responsible for each part of the transition.
If another agent is involved, your existing agreement and notice arrangements need to be checked before a takeover date is fixed.

A management takeover does not itself trigger a tenant-find fee. The £950 applies when we find and place a new tenant.
What does ongoing management cost?
10% of rent due monthly during active tenancies, including arrears. There is no management fee during void periods.
