Switch to Remanco

A fresh start.
Without starting again.

Already have tenants? We can discuss taking over the management and coordinating a handover around your existing arrangements.

01

Review the current arrangement

We discuss your property, tenancy and reasons for changing. Check your current agreement for notice requirements and any termination charges.

02

Agree the handover

Once instructed and authorised, we coordinate the tenancy records, rent information, deposit details, keys and relevant certificates with the outgoing agent.

03

Set the new routine

We agree the start date, communication arrangements, maintenance approvals and any outstanding actions. Tenants are informed of the new contact and agreed payment arrangements.

Existing tenants welcome

Management can change.
The tenancy can continue.

Our £950 tenant-find fee applies when we find and place a new tenant. It does not apply simply because we take over management of an existing tenancy.

Handover timing depends on your current agreement and the information available. We agree a realistic plan before taking over.

Let’s start with your property.

From enquiry to a clear plan

What happens next?

01 / Your property

Tell us what needs to change.

Share the postcode, tenancy situation and the support you need. An occupied property can be the starting point.

02 / Your options

Discuss a practical approach.

We review the details with you, explain the management scope and fees, and identify any further information needed.

03 / Your decision

Agree the next step.

You decide whether to proceed. Management begins after terms and the handover or letting arrangements are agreed.
