What does property management really cost?

Separate the management fee from the wider costs of owning a rental property.

01

The ongoing fee

Remanco charges 10% of rent due monthly during active tenancies. At £1,550 monthly rent, that is £155. Fees remain payable during arrears; no management fee applies during voids.

02

Finding a new tenant

The £950 tenant-find fee applies each time we find and place a new tenant. It covers marketing, accompanied viewings, referencing, tenancy setup, and deposit collection and registration.

03

Costs that belong to the property

Repairs, certificates, inventories, licences, insurance and specialist professional advice remain landlord costs. An owner should allow for these alongside management.

04

Additional instructions

Separately agreed services are listed on our fees page. Use the calculator for management and tenant finding, then consider the wider property budget. The calculator is not a net-income forecast.
