We are selective about who we work with. Not every enquiry becomes a client - and that is intentional. We only take on properties we know we can genuinely improve. If we cannot add real value to your situation, we will tell you.

The director
Remanco was established by Moshope Aina, a MARLA-qualified property and asset management professional with over 10 years of industry experience across residential and commercial portfolios.
Having worked with developers, housing associations, and private landlords, Moshope built Remanco after seeing the same problem repeatedly: landlords being underserved, overcharged, and left to manage their own managers. Remanco is the alternative.
The business is built on a simple belief: that a landlord who hands over their property should be able to genuinely let go - and trust that everything is being handled, all the time, with their asset's best interests at the centre of every decision.
Why Remanco
Agents earn more when they change tenants. We earn a fixed percentage of rent - so our incentive is the same as yours: keep good tenants, protect income, maintain the asset.
We limit the number of properties we manage so every landlord gets genuine attention. We do not outsource your management to a junior coordinator who has never seen your property.
Rent reviews, yield analysis, compliance planning, and long-term maintenance scheduling are standard practice for us. Most agents do not do any of this. We do it as a matter of course.
