Remanco was established after years of seeing the same pattern repeat: landlords paying management fees month after month, only to still be chasing their agent, dealing with compliance gaps, and getting unexpected charges on every statement.

The problem was not a lack of agents. It was a lack of genuine management. Most agencies are in the business of filling properties and generating fees. Remanco is in the business of managing assets — and those are fundamentally different things.
